Cuban Sandwich
A pressed Cuban sandwich layering roast pork shoulder, sliced ham and Swiss cheese with dill pickles and yellow mustard on a buttered Cuban roll. The stacked bread is griddled under weight until the crust flattens and crisps, melting the cheese and warming the fillings through.
