Crispy Fried Squid Rings
Fresh squid rings dredged in seasoned flour and shallow-fried until golden and crisp, served hot with lemon and a garlicky yogurt dip. A classic Greek taverna dish, the calamari stays tender inside while the coating shatters, seasoned simply with oregano, salt and pepper.
