Crispy Fried Ground Meat Balls (Keto)
Ground beef is seasoned with cumin, coriander, garlic and parsley, formed into small balls, and pan-fried in olive oil until deeply browned and crisp outside. A lemon-tahini yogurt sauce complements the spiced Middle Eastern kofta character while keeping the dish low-carb.
