Crispy Fried Cottage Cheese Curry (Keto)

Cubes of paneer are shallow fried until golden, then simmered in a spiced onion-tomato masala thickened with almond flour, finished with cream and fenugreek leaves. Served over sautéed cauliflower rice, this keto curry keeps the fried texture and rich gravy of the classic while staying genuinely low-carb.
