Cottage Cheese Curry Bowl (GLP-1)

Pan-seared paneer cubes simmered in a spiced tomato-onion sauce with chickpeas and spinach, finished with yogurt and served over steamed cauliflower rice. Cumin, turmeric, garam masala, and chili powder build warming depth while chickpeas and spinach add fibre and staying power to this protein-forward Indian bowl.
