Kielbasa and Cheddar Pasta
Sliced kielbasa is browned then simmered with elbow macaroni in a creamy sauce built from milk, sharp cheddar, and a touch of mustard. Onion and garlic add savoury depth while the smoked sausage renders into the sauce. Finished with black pepper and served hot as a one-pan skillet meal.
