Steak and Egg Breakfast Bowl (Low-Calorie)

Lean beef sirloin is seared and sliced over a base of roasted sweet potato cubes and wilted kale. Two poached eggs sit on top with cherry tomatoes, scallion and a light drizzle of hot sauce. Smoked paprika and black pepper season a low-calorie American breakfast bowl built on vegetables rather than grains or cheese.
