Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie (High-Protein)

A thick blended drink built on peanut butter, ripe banana and full-fat Greek yogurt, boosted with whey protein isolate for a high-protein finish. Ground flaxseed adds fibre and body while unsweetened almond milk and ice keep it pourable, cold and spoonable like a dessert shake.
