Ham, Pepper and Egg Skillet
A classic American diner skillet built on diced cooked ham, green bell pepper and onion sautéed in butter, then bound with beaten eggs and melted cheddar. Cooked low until the eggs just set, the skillet carries sweet pepper, savoury pork and a soft custard texture. Served hot straight from the pan.
