Baked Salmon with Herbs
A salmon fillet is rubbed with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and fresh herbs—dill, parsley and mint—then baked until opaque and flaking. Finished with lemon wedges and pan juices, this Turkish-style dish relies on herb and oil seasoning rather than heavy sauces.
