Spicy Braised Chicken Stew

Bone-in chicken thighs braise in a gochujang-spiced broth with potato, carrot, and onion until the sauce thickens and clings, finished with scallion and sesame seeds. Rooted in Korean home cooking, dak-bokkeum-tang balances chili heat, garlic, and a touch of sweetness, served over steamed rice.
