Crispy Fried Cottage Cheese Curry

Paneer cubes are coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep fried until crisp, then folded into a tomato-onion curry seasoned with ginger, garlic, garam masala and chili. The crust stays crunchy against the tangy, spiced gravy, served hot with rice or roti.
