Bacon and Egg Pizza

A personal-sized pizza built on a thin hand-stretched crust, topped with crisp pork bacon, melted mozzarella, and a cracked egg baked until the white sets and the yolk stays runny. Finished with black pepper and scallion, it delivers a breakfast-leaning combination of smoky, salty, and rich savory flavors.
